A global beauty and wellness product company is looking for a Social Media expert to provide 12-month’s Maternity leave cover.
Leading social media strategy for a portfolio of beauty and haircare brands, you will oversee organic content, paid advertising, and asset development that builds positive brand perception and drives sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media strategies, monitor KPIs, and stay ahead of trends
- Manage TikTok Shop, build creator network, and report on performance
- Oversee paid ad campaigns across TikTok and Meta platforms, including setup, optimisation, and KPI reporting
- Lead small team, approving content calendars for multiple brands and all organic social channels
- Oversee development of social media assets for international use, ensuring brand consistency and trend relevance
- Conduct regular meetings with brand teams, report on performance, represent the company at external meetings and events
Candidate Requirements:
- Expertise in planning and managing brand social media channels, including organic activities and paid ad campaigns across Meta and TikTok
- Hands-on TikTok shop management experience
- Line management and motivation skills
This is a hybrid role, working 2 days each week in the West London office.
