Selective Beauty announces profit hike

French fragrance manufacturer and distributor, Selective Beauty has reported a strong growth in turnover in 2007 for the seventh consecutive year. The Paris-based company saw a double digit rise in net sales for 2007, up 24% to Euro 188m on the previous year.

French fragrance manufacturer and distributor, Selective Beauty has reported a strong growth in turnover in 2007 for the seventh consecutive year. The Paris-based company saw a double digit rise in net sales for 2007, up 24% to Euro 188m on the previous year.

Growth was attributed to organisational initiatives undertaken in 2007 and was reflected across all divisions and brands. The coming year also promises to be positive for Selective with new launches from MaxMara, Iceberg, Trussardi and John Galliano scheduled.
