SCS Showcase 2026: Put your products in front of 2,000+ cosmetic industry professionals

The Society for Cosmetic Science (SCS) is inviting brands and manufacturers across the UK and Ireland to donate products to the SCS Showcase at SCS Formulate 2026, helping turn personal care innovation into practical support for people living with cancer.

Following a successful debut in 2025, the charity pop-up shop returns with an opportunity for businesses to put their products in front of an expected audience of more than 2,000 cosmetic industry professionals. Participating brands do not need to be exhibiting at SCS Formulate to get involved.

From established favourites and new launches to sustainability-led formulations and award-winning products, the Showcase will celebrate the breadth of personal care products manufactured in the UK and Ireland.

Visitors will be able to discover and buy donated products at special event prices, with 100% of sales proceeds going to Look Good Feel Better, the charity helping people face cancer with greater confidence through its wellbeing workshops and support services.

The inaugural Showcase raised more than £6,000 through the generosity of participating brands, purchases by visitors and a contribution from the SCS. This year, the Society is calling on the industry to help exceed that total.

An opportunity to get your brand seen – and give back

For participating businesses, the SCS Showcase brings together charitable support, product discovery and brand visibility among cosmetic scientists, formulators, manufacturers, retailers and other industry professionals.

Once participation is confirmed, brands will benefit from:

  • Exposure to over 2000 professionals from across the beauty industry
  • Their logo featured on the SCS Showcase webpage and exhibition stand graphics.
  • Promotion through the SCS Matters newsletter and SCS social media channels.
  • Inclusion in SCS Formulate printed materials, subject to production deadlines.
  • Opportunities for visitors to discover, purchase and experience their products.

By donating products, businesses can contribute to a shared industry fundraising effort while giving the people behind cosmetic innovation an opportunity to discover the finished products it makes possible.

How to get involved

The SCS welcomes donations of multiple products from each participating brand. To take part:

  • Products must be clearly labelled Made in the UK or Ireland.
  • Brands must donate at least 30 units of each product (SKU) submitted, by 16th October 2026.
  • Products will be sold at a discount to their usual retail price.
  • Any unsold products will be donated to Look Good Feel Better for use in its workshops and charitable activities.

To register your products before the 25th September deadline, visit the SCS Showcase registration page.
