Sa Sa sells beauty salon business

Hong Kong retailer, Sa Sa International Holdings has announced it is to sell beauty salon business, Lisbeth Enterprises Ltd to Fullgoal International Ltd in a deal worth HK$20m.


Hong Kong retailer, Sa Sa International Holdings has announced it is to sell beauty salon business, Lisbeth Enterprises Ltd to Fullgoal International Ltd in a deal worth HK$20m.

The beauty salon business currently operates eight ladies’ health and beauty salons in Hong Kong, Malaysia, Singapore and Thailand under the Phillip Wain name, and a men’s salon in Hong Kong. Unaudited results show the business posted a net profit HK$1.27m for the year ended March 2007.

The sale is said to be in line with Sa Sa’s plan to focus on core retail businesses.
