Revlon has successfully completed its acquisition of Elizabeth Arden for approximately US$870m.

The newly combined global beauty company will operate with Revlon as its parent company, and features a strong portfolio of beauty brands including Revlon, Elizabeth Arden, American Crew and celebrity fragrance brands such as Elizabeth Taylor, Britney Spears and Christina Aguilera.
