- Revenue reaches €450m, up 17% on last year
- Retailer now has 2.6 million active customers
- 3.9 million orders processed in first half of 2016
Yoox-Net-a-Porter has shared financial results for the first half of 2016.
Sales in Europe and the Middle East outperformed the market, taking total revenue to €451m, up 17% on the same period last year while profits were up 15.2%.
In total, the company processed more than 3.9 million individual orders in the first half of 2016, up from 3.3 million in 2015. The average cost of each basket was £255, a slight decrease on the previous year.
The retail group now has more than 2.6 million active customers – up 0.3 million from the first half of 2015.
The Yoox-Net-a-Porter group has recently welcomed high end brand Prada onto its Net-a-Porter and Mr Porter e-commerce sites. It has also benefitted from several capsule collections, such as Gucci for Net-a-Porter.
