Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deploy quality management systems, procedures, and continuous improvement programs
- Establish quality assurance capabilities, ensure compliance, and drive supply chain optimisation
- Oversee quality control processes, manage non-conformances, and make final product release decisions
- Select, audit, and manage suppliers and third-party manufacturers to ensure quality standards
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Ensure adherence to regulations, maintain quality documentation, and support audits
- Collaborate cross-functionally to address quality issues and communicate performance to stakeholders
- Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate quality-related risks across the organisation
Candidate Requirements:
- Solid experience in a Quality function in the chemical, cosmetics, or pharmaceutical industry
- Detailed understanding of CLP Guidelines and/or ISO 22716, ideally with Quality Assurance Certification
- Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
- Expertise in managing quality systems and documentation
- Ability to work flexibly and handle a wide range of tasks
- Strong collaboration, communication, and relationship-building skills
