Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee production logistics to ensure project completion on time and on budget
- Create and manage timelines, mitigating risks to ensure key deadlines are met
- Manage supplier relationships, identifying new partners to support innovation and maintain production continuity
- Provide an central point of communication between internal teams and external supplier partners
- Spearhead team meetings, providing project updates and facilitating smooth transitions from development to supply chain
- Manage quality assurance processes, including batch approvals and upholding brand and industry standards
- Drive improvements that enhance supply chain agility and optimise profitability
Candidate Requirements:
- Success in a similar role, ideally within beauty or consumer packaged goods
- Exceptional time management, problem-solving and organisational skills
- A strong team focus, with people management experience a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and experienced with ERP systems
