New from Lee Products are atomising spray nozzles, which generate a precise 50° hollow cone spray pattern to ensure controlled atomisation in a compact package. The nozzles are available two styles: airless and air-assisted. The airless version will atomise with pressures as low as 10 psi (on water) and are available in multiple flow ranges. They can be installed directly onto a proprietary VHS micro-dispense valve for precise flow control using pulse-width modulation.

Meanwhile, the air-assisted model uses an external air source to control the atomisation and allow for lower operating pressures (5 psi). The pressure of the liquid and air can be independently controlled to fine tune the flow rate and nozzle performance to suit the application requirements.
