HydroWhirl Orbitor helps cut cleaning time

Available from BETE Ltd, the HydroWhirl Orbitor is a tank cleaning machine designed with the minimum number of moving parts, allowing it to be completely stripped and rebuilt on-site in under 15 minutes. This is claimed to reduce time consuming maintenance overhauls usually associated with rotary tank cleaning devices.

In addition, the HydroWhirl is self-cleaning and self-lubricating which eliminates the possibility of process contamination. It is also compact enough to fit through restricted access flanges. It is said to be ideal for cleaning large tanks, even up to 130ft in diameter.

The range includes ten standard models and options include two or four nozzles, variable cycle times, male and female connections and 360ºor 180ºdown and up wash patterns.
