Polimoon picks up Dekoplast of France

Polimoon, a manufacturer and developer of European plastics, has bought Dekoplast. With this new acquisition, Polimoon says it plans to strengthen its cosmetics packaging reach.

Polimoon, a manufacturer and developer of European plastics, has bought Dekoplast. With this new acquisition, Polimoon says it plans to strengthen its cosmetics packaging reach.

Dekoplast, a manufacturer of medical and beauty packaging, had been a victim of poor profitability despite its annual sales in excess of 17 million Euro. CEO Arne Vraalsen was pleased with the takeover and the advancement in business.

Polimoon plans to retain business at Dekoplast's La Roche sur Foron site. But the company will close the other site in Senlis and transfer its business to the La Roche location.
