Pochet Group appoints new board director
Jean-Francois Bouygues succeeds Hubert Varlet
Bouygues, 52, succeeds Hubert Varlet, who has left his position of general manager to retire after 27 years. Varlet will however stay active within the group and is set to become a member of the Steering Committee.
Bouygues joins the Board of Directors, after starting at the group in September 2011 as chief financial officer. Bouygues is a certified public accountant and started his professional career as an auditor at Mazars. He then held different positions attached to the financial operations at Plastic Omnium, a French subcontractor for the automotive industry.
