As Packaging Technologist for an award-winning, disruptive, global skincare brand, you will ensure their packaging remains innovative and impactful, while meeting ambitious commercial and sustainability goals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Steer packaging projects through all stages from concept to market launch
- Identify and mitigate potential risks related to packaging and product development
- Develop robust processes to ensure packaging meets global compliance and quality standards
- Oversee artwork processes, ensuring accuracy and smooth progression
- Build strong relationships with internal teams and external suppliers and service providers
- Lead sustainability initiatives, driving new thinking for eco-friendly packaging
- Scout out global beauty trends, pushing boundaries to keep packaging fresh and innovative
Candidate Requirements:
- Experience as a packaging technologist or specialist in beauty, preferably skincare
- Knowledge of global packaging regulations and various packaging formats
- Understanding of quality assurance and testing for packaging materials
- Strong project management skills, organised, accurate and able to handle complex projects
- Adaptable to a fast-paced, agile work environment
- Preferred: CAD skills and a Degree or Diploma in Packaging Technology
