A great opportunity for a bright Science Graduate looking for a role in the cosmetics industry.
Our ideal candidate will have some experience and knowledge in EU Cosmetic Regulations but applications may be considered outside of this.
Essentials:
- The ability to multi-task and handle numerous projects at once
- An excellent eye for detail
- Good command of written English
- Excellent computer literacy in Word, Excel and Outlook.
This busy role will support the Technical process across all projects in delivering registration of new product launches.
Assisting the team in collating Registration documents for different geographical markets – formulations, INCIs and Specifications.
Day to day tasks will include:
- Assisting in maintaining PIFs, notifying EU and UK CPNP and Canada Health
- Ensuring all Regulatory databases are kept up to date and the team is well informed on any changes
- Review artworks and INCs
- Provide technical/regulatory support the Export and their distributors as required
- Provide admin support to the Regulatory team and wider NPD function
- Support the team with all technical queries, including customer care and internal contacts seeking consumer responses.
Initially offered on a 6-month Fixed Term Contract basis, there is a chance of this role going permanent in the future.
