The luxury brand’s new serum is designed to take care of skin on the scalp

Luxury US skin care brand Sunday Riley has turned its expertise to a new beauty category.

The new Clean Rinse (US$48) scalp serum’s blend of glycolic acid exfoliates the scalp to remove dead skin cells, while rose clay absorbs excess oil and salicylic acid unclogs pores.

Zinc balances the formula to regulate oil and sebum production, and fatty acids alleviate dryness.

The serum is suitable for all hair types and textures. To use, consumers are recommended to apply the product directly onto the scalp while hair is wet, leave for three to five minutes, or up to 20, rinse out and wash.

The product can be used daily or as often as needed.

Clean Rinse is currently available for US customers and is expected to be available in the UK from September.
