Companies to operate as separate entities for the time being
New Jersey-based perfumery Sozio Inc has completed its acquisition of fellow fragrance supplier Alpine Aromatics. Sozio says the resulting combination of its global presence with Alpine’s domestic strength will enable it to provide clients with the best offerings from each company.
According to Sozio, the long-term plan is to merge the two businesses together with Sozio eventually operating from Alpine’s Piscataway location, but it also states that, for the time being, both companies will continue to work separately, but with a larger and stronger combined network.
