The pop sensation is now an investor in Isabel Vita’s company after being a fan of the spray tanner for years

Singer Miley Cyrus has invested an undisclosed sum in self-tanning brand Dolce Glow.

The American hitmaker announced her partnership with the brand on Instagram by referencing lyrics from her new single 'Flowers'.

“I can buy myself tanner… get that endless summer vacation glow,” she posted.

“I am an official partner in Dolce Glow because I truly love and trust this product.

“Its high quality ingredients and flawless colour make it a must for me.

“I am so excited to make my ‘glow’ accessible for my fans and support a female founded company.”

Isabel Vita is one of the most in-demand spray tanning artists in Hollywood.

She launched her brand Dolce Glow in 2016, which offers a range of tanning lotions, sprays and mists.

Her A-list clients include reality stars Kylie Jenner and Kim Kardashian, and singers Jennifer Lopez, Selena Gomez and Katy Perry.

Cyrus began using Vita’s services three years ago and soon became a regular client.

Vita even tanned the 30-year-old singer for her new music video ‘Flowers’, which has been streamed more than 96 million times.

Vita called Cyrus "the best business partner I could have ever dreamed of".

“Miley not only loves and tans in Dolce Glow, but she believed and supported me when many did not.

“I have no words to express my gratitude.”

Cyrus is not the only celebrity to invest in a beauty business of late.

Singer Dua Lipa became an investor in London hair care brand Dizziak last year.

The Grammy Award-winner invested an undisclosed sum after using the products, explaining that they gave her hair “a total reset”.

23-time Grand Slam winner Serena Williams also invested in some beauty companies.

The tennis star’s company, Serena Ventures, specialises in supporting start-ups with underrepresented founders.

Brands Parfait, Wile and Olly are among the brands who benefited from her firm last year.
