This is a really exciting time to join a market leading business as a Senior National Account Manager working with top retailers across the UK
To Manage and Develop sales for a designated portfolio of customer accounts. Primarily focused on the UK market, but with the scope to extend to International markets where appropriate.
Develop and manage relationships with designated customers in order to maximise sales opportunities.
Ensure that there is a co-ordinated approach to the multifunctional contact between the business and the customer.
Acquire and maintain a detailed understanding of products, processes and manufacturing capabilities so that these can be matched to customer requirements in the most effective manner.
Develop a detailed understanding of the customer’s business, the competitive market place, category performance and consumer insigh. Identify and exploit new product development opportunities.
Minimum of 3 years commercial experience in UK grocery
Experience of working in the development of retailer’s own-brand
Experience of working in an international business environment would be an advantage
An understanding of the customer relationship management process and the skills and techniques required to develop relationships
Able to lead projects ensuring that they are delivered on time and in full
