Manage, support and mentor all quality personnel as well as their ongoing performance

I am working with a manufacturer who are looking for a Quality Manager, responsible for the Quality department, and all company related quality matters, reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer.

Duties:

  • Manage, support and mentor all quality personnel as well as their ongoing performance
  • To manage and coordinate quality assurance controls, processes, and procedures for all sites
  • Liaise directly with supplier & external customers and control the quality function’s spec across labour and consumables
  • Manage the process for GMP, BRCGS, RSPO and ISO accreditation and prepare for all audits
