Perfumes y Diseno to collaborate with Philippe Starck
Spanish fragrance company inks licensing contract with France based designer
Spanish fragrance company Perfumes y Diseño has joined forces with French designer, inventor and architect Philippe Starck to develop a fragrance collection. Perfumes y Diseño, whose brands include J. del Pozo, Tous and Roberto Verino, will be responsible for all aspects of development, production and distribution for the Philippe Starck fragrances.
“For Perfumes y Diseño it is a real honour to have the opportunity to develop a perfume brand from the very beginning with the greatest contemporary genius in the creative arts,” sais Pedro Trolez, President of Perfumes y Diseño. “We are thrilled about this great challenge to introduce the Starck universe into the world of Perfume.”
Starck added that the project would enable him to “work the intangible [and] explore the abstract”.
