Due to continued investment and growth, this beautiful luxury skincare brand is looking to appoint this newly formed role within the senior structure to really help define and improve their entire end-to-end supply chain and operation.
A small team, so very hands on and involved, you will be the direct report for all functions across; sourcing, buying, planning, forecasting, production and order fulfilment, building many levels of process and improvements to existing and new to be developed systems and processes.
It will be essential that you have the back ground and insight of beauty product manufacturing to appreciate the complexities of the industry and have worked within a small business environment to have realisms in what can be achieved whilst having the experience to build in continual improvements and efficiencies and develop the team around you.
You will be joining a truly lovely team of people who are dedicated and genuinely care about the brand, it’s products and the customers, so a really positive, yet challenging time to join and help drive growth and improvements across the entire operation.
