New Product Development Manager – North - £45,000

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Development Manager to lead the development of our client’s personal care portfolio. In this role, you will drive the NPD, researching trends and developing new product concepts, formulas, and packaging. Working closely with suppliers and the internal teams, you will create engaging product ranges with redesigns and innovation to build customer loyalty.

Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers
Attend customer meetings to understand their needs and present new concepts
Attend shows and fairs to remain at the forefront of innovation within the industry
Develop and build the existing product portfolio
Scout new formulation/technologies and trend innovations
