As part of this collaborative team you will curate new product proposals that meet the brand’s ambitions of delivering results for skincare professionals and individuals.
As New Product Development manager you will strategically lead the conceptualisation of next generation, innovative products utilising a dynamic combination of BlueSky thinking and exhaustive analysis of market innovations. With a specialised and scientific perspective, you will work closely alongside wider operational and marketing teams to streamline and maintain the smooth running of skincare NPD projects.
You will be taking on full accountability for NPD formulations and assume the role of Project Manager, overseeing budget and ensuring key product development milestones are met on time.
With your strong background in cosmetic product development or skincare and shining examples of successfully delivering projects the successful candidate will have a wealth of knowledge and experience to draw on.
