Q: What do you love most about your job?

ME: I love the buzz of working in a store, especially at Christmas time. I also love turning the blank canvas of a customer’s face into a ‘wow’ look for them.
JM: Every day is different, which I love, but my favourite part has to be giving a customer an experience which makes them feel beautiful in their own skin and to watch them walk out with more confidence than before.

Q: What are the biggest challenges you face on the shop floor?

ME: The biggest challenges on the shop floor are very different to when I started in the business 18 years ago. Saturdays always used to be the best day for sales but now they are hit and miss. Money is
