The new site has launched on the back of the Covid-19 pandemic as more consumers turn to online shopping
New e-commerce platform Parfum Muse is preparing to shake up the luxury niche fragrance space with its online debut.
Featuring virtual consultations and personalisation with purchases, the online destination is dedicated to making the e-commerce experience ‘seamless’ as more consumers turn to online shopping due to Covid-19.
The coronavirus pandemic has also been a catalyst for an uptick in daily online sales of perfumes, an increase of 77% according to software company Klaviyo, which Parfum Muse intends to capitalise on.
“2020 was a tough year for retail generally and even with bricks-and-mortar locations reopening, we are still seeing more and more consumers opting for the convenience and safety of shopping from the comfort of their own homes,” said Parfum Muse’s Fragrance Concierge, Andrew Kyriakou.
“Whilst shopping habits are changing, the desire for a luxury shopping experience hasn’t, and Parfum Muse will offer this to their customers through a seamless online user experience and tremendous added value.”
The site is expected to offer a selection of luxury niche fragrance brands, hair mists, home fragrances and bath and body products.
The platform will launch in late February in 2021.
