L'Oréal rolls out teams of 'co-bots' in French factory

L’Oréal is rolling out robotised production in its factories, starting with its flagship facility in Rambouillet, Yvelines.

The factory produces the company's Elsève shampoos and conditioners for the western European market and Dop for the domestic market.

Termed industrial production 4.0, the system involves robots working in collaboration with humans.
