Supporting the International business; liaising with Head Office Buyers in key global Retailers including Sephora and Ulta as well as distribution partners. Supporting the implementation of joint business plans and promotional campaign activity, new product launches. Analysing sales performance, market trends and competitors. Supporting the senior Commercial Manager in growing revenue and onboarding new customers.

The ideal candidate will have already gained some experience in a commercial function within a large corporate beauty organisation such as L’Oreal, Estee Lauder or similar, and be looking to build a career in Sales and be of Graduate calibre or equivalent. Ambition and ability will be rewarded as the brand continues to grow. Here, you’ll be a bigger fish in a smaller pond, success is visible and personal development is very much a given.

Working part of the week at their beautiful central head offices and the balance at home you’ll be joining a wonderful team lead by the Founder themselves. Surrounded by beauty industry talent you’ll be in a great position to learn quickly and prove yourself.
