Jojoba Desert, a world-renowned cosmetics ingredient company, has named Roni Rot as its new CEO, effective April 1, 2023.
Rot succeeds Lee Reuveni, who has been CEO for the past six years.

Rot was a board member of the company since its establishment and has a deep understanding of Jojoba Desert's activity, long term strategy and of the global cosmetics market.
Rot brings a wealth of commercial, agricultural, and sustainability experience to the position.
