Nastaha Courtenay-Smith is the founder and CEO of D2C marketing agency Bolt Digital, whose clients have included L'Occitane, Umberto Gianni, Beauty Kitchen and Absolute Collagen.

A former Daily Mail employee, Courtenay-Smith launched press agency Talk To The Press in 2008 which was then sold to SWNS News Group in 2014.

The entrepreneur is also one of eight accredited Facebook 'She Means Business trainers' in the UK, an initiative that trains 10,000 female founders per year on how to use Facebook for business.
