Dr Carol Treasure is the Co-founder and Managing Director of XCellR8, an animal free testing laboratory based in Daresbury, UK.

XCellR8 conduct safety tests for a number of cosmetic ingredients manufacturers and high street retailers including Lush, The Body Shop and Croda.
