Globally-renowned Heaven Skincare kick-started 2022 unveiling its ground-breaking collagen range – that went on to become a bestseller almost overnight – and finished the year celebrating its first Christmas in its brand-new HQ in Telford.
“Looking back over the last year it’s been wonderful seeing Heaven continue to go from strength to strength,” explains Heaven’s Founder Deborah Mitchell. “Along with my team, we have celebrated new launches, seen sales grow, moved to our new head office and opened our industry-standard training academy.
“We have also marked 27 years as a great British brand; growing from a one-woman business that I set up in my kitchen to being sold all over the world. It has certainly been a year to remember and one that means we start 2023 bigger and better than ever!”
New launches
The bestselling Collagen Drops were unveiled at the start of the year. Deborah had been busy researching, creating and testing her skincare supplements since 2013 as part of her Inner Beauty collection. Packed with potent anti-aging vitamins and minerals – including marine collagen, glucosamine, vitamin C, hyaluronic acid and Biotin – they help improve the skin’s hydration and elasticity, and promote healthy, shiny hair.
Hot on their heels came the innovative Collagen Body and Face Mist. This multi-purpose anti-ageing spray works as a skin firmer and refiner, energy booster and make-up setting spray all in one.
In time for Valentine’s Day came the new Love Your Skin, a super-hydrating, hyaluronic-packed moisturiser. It contains silk protein to soften the complexion and plump fine lines.
And 2022 also saw the launch of the Heaven subscription service, offering customers savings on their favourite products. The exclusive club means they can stock up on a regular basis and never run out of the everyday essentials.
New Headquarters and Training Academy
Along with her daughter and fellow Director Ella, Deborah responded to increased sales over the last few years, moving to a new head office and factory at Access 442 in Telford over the summer. This brings all the brand’s operations under one roof, with a stylish working environment and factory space where Heaven’s renowned skincare range is now produced and bottled.
It also houses a training academy, offering therapists the opportunity to learn a range of signature therapies, including facials and body treatments.
“We have seen our online sales soar over the past year, gaining new customers from as far afield as America and New Zealand – it seems the world really loves Heaven,” adds Deborah. “We’re delighted to start 2023 in very good shape.”
