Givaudan boosts China e-commerce presence with deal

The B2B partnership will offer buyers a unified on and offline experience

Fragrance and beauty company Givaudan has strengthened its e-commerce offering in China with the opening of a flagship business-to-business (B2B) store on the country’s leading wholesale website,

In what is a first for Givaudan in Asia, the webstore will provide its customers with a unified online and offline experience by integrating Givaudan’s digital marketing capabilities and perfumery teams.

“This partnership underscores the importance of the digital innovation in Givaudan’s 2025 growth strategy,” Ben Webb, Regional Head of Fragrances, APAC at Givaudan, commented.

“These digital capabilities are pivotal in expanding customer reach, while providing current and future clients with an extensive and efficient digital business service model that has the tools and insights to support sustainable growth through the digital sphere.”

Technologies that will be available to consumers through the platform include Givaudan’s trademarked Dreamscentz and Vivascentz ranges.

“With a presence on, we look to grow the portfolio of products and innovations through a deep commitment that includes a combination of physical supply chain infrastructure and operational excellence,” said Yaling Li, Givaudan's Head of Fragrances China and Korea.

“This will allow us to meet minimum order quantities from as little as 1kg and provide clients with an accelerated supply of samples.”
