Joining a Founder-lead indie luxury Fragrance brand at a time of exciting organic growth, you’ll be reporting to their Sales Director as her right-hand-person. Managing existing relationships with key luxury retailers within the UK and US along with growing number of distributors across the EU, and Asia Pac you will be responsible for the implementation of tailored sales and promotional activity. Fully understanding the nuances of each Retailer to ensure account growth.
Being visible within the UK accounts, weekly visits ensuring in-store sales consultants have regular product training, meeting with key stakeholders to ensure first class relationships are developed and maintained. Using sales data to drive sales, improve performance, analyse trends, and proactively approach each account. You’ll get great support from colleagues in Marketing and Creative providing you with the necessary collateral, this is a strong effective team who pull in the same direction with one goal, moving forward!
Along with the necessary corporate sales experience we are looking for a particular type of person. Highly organised, strong attention to detail, able to multi-task and be agile at all times. But more than that a positive and engaging character who builds strong relationships both internally and of course externally.
Beauty sector experience is essential and ideally within premium or luxury niche.
