The brand will provide 30-45 minute meetings to discuss consumers’ hair and scalp concerns

The beauty brand of the late Philip Kingsley is helping consumers tackle their hair care woes while on lockdown with a new virtual consultation service.

Users can phone in or chat with one of the brand’s trichologists via video to discuss their hair or scalp concerns, which takes into account family and medical history, diet and lifestyle.

Philip Kingsley will then provide an in-depth analysis of their condition and provide advice for treatments.

Customers will need to send in a photograph of their hair and scalp 48 hours before the appointment and fill out a questionnaire.

In a statement, the brand said it had been working on the project behind the scenes for “some time”.

“We are very happy we can continue to give our expert advice, care and treatment for all your hair and scalp needs and concerns,” it added.

Prices for the service start from £150 and an in-person consultation, when social distancing is no longer in place, will start from £220.

Clients can book an appointment by emailing clinic@philipkingsley.co.uk.
