China’s Fenchem expands into southeast Asia

Establishes Malaysia base


Chinese company Fenchem is expanding its cosmetics business to southeast Asia with the opening of a new office Kuala Lumpur in Malaysia, from where the company says it will focus on the rich opportunities presented by the cosmetics market in the ASEAN region.

Fenchem is a science-based company specialising in the development and manufacture of a wide range of ingredients for cosmetics and personal care products. The company also provides formulation development, claim substantiation and market analysis support.

In addition to Malaysia the company has offices in the US and the Czech Republic.

The company will also introduce itself to the southeast Asia market by exhibiting at in-cosmetics Asia in Thailand this November.
