The PCPC's new Vice Chairs include executives from Unilever, L'Oréal, Procter & Gamble and the Estée Lauder Companies
Menarguez is General Manager of Fragrance and Beauty at Chanel
Menarguez is a 25-year veteran of Chanel and is currently the luxury house’s General Manager of Fragrance and Beauty.
She has also served as the company’s Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.
“Barbara’s impressive accomplishments and strong leadership will serve our membership well as we continue to advance our industry’s determination for a more beautiful and sustainable world,” said Lezlee Westine, PCPC president and CEO.

In addition to Menarguez, the PCPC’s newly-elected Vice Chairs are Esi Eggleston Bracey, President of Unilever USA and CEO of North America Personal Care at Unilever; David Greenberg, CEO of L’Oréal USA and President, North America Zone at L’Oréal; Chris Heiert, Senior Vice President, Specialty Beauty Group, Procter & Gamble; and Mark Loomis, President, North America at the Estée Lauder Companies.
Maria ‘Duda’ Kertész, President, US Skin Health & Beauty at Johnson & Johnson Consumer Health, is the PCPC’s new Secretary, while Deborah Gibbins, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer, Mary Kay, takes on the role of Treasurer.
