Purchase will add ‘critical mass’ to Air Products’ portfolio


Air Products has announced the purchase of Germany based speciality actives supplier ROVI Cosmetics for an undisclosed figure. Air Products, which provides atmospheric, process and speciality gasses and performance materials said the acquisition would complement its existing portfolio.

“This acquisition adds critical mass tour business as we develop into a differentiated speciality ingredient supplier to the personal care industry,” commented Pam Mattimore, vp & general manager of performance materials at Air Products.
