Key Responsibilities:
- Manage NPD projects, coordinating with internal teams and customers to achieve targets and timelines
- Anticipate and respond to customer requests and requirements
- Create accurate product, packaging, and labelling briefs
- Coordinate formulations testing and reporting for new and improved products
- Help to source new trends, innovations, and ideas to support NPD plans
