Produced from the fermentation of non-GMO corn varieties, the product offers unlimited water solubility due to its polar character. This property is of great importance for its popular cosmetic use as a moisturiser and humectant. As a non-sticky alternative to glycerine, it can also be used as an emollient or solvent.
