The partnership will also see the brand expand into new categories and ink new collaborations.
Beckham said: “NEO is the perfect partner to now accompany us on the next step of our journey: they understand my vision and my wish for the company to retain its independence, as well as my commitment to continuing to develop the brand with a unique, forward thinking approach.”
The brand has been operating since 2008, and now boasts a collection of cross-category products including fashion, accessories, footwear, eyewear and cosmetics.
The former Spice Girls star has partnered with Estée Lauder on two limited-edition collections, with the latest launching in July to sell-out success.
She also teamed up with Nails Inc in 2014 to create two nail polishes.
