M.ph beauty names ​Kira Jackson as Chief Marketing Officer

Make-up brand m.ph beauty, founded by celebrity MUA Mary Phillips, has tapped former consumer brand investor Kira Jackson to lead its marketing

M.ph beauty, the make-up brand founded by celebrity MUA Mary Phillips, has named Kira Jackson as CMO.

Jackson joins m.ph beauty with more than a decade of experience building brands, working at the intersection of brand strategy and commercial growth.

Most recently, Jackson served as Chief Brand Officer at lifestyle and activewear brand SET Active.

Jackson also sits on the board of growth equity firm RX3 Growth Partners and is a contributing editor at publications Inc. and Marie Claire.

M.ph beauty, founded in August 2025, has made several appointments in recent months as it rounds off its first year.

In January, Hannah Beals joined the m.ph beauty team as CEO after almost seven years with hair care brand Ouai, where she also held the CEO title.

The brand also recently tapped ex-Tower 28 Beauty executive Paulina Char, who joined as Head of Product Development.
