The fate of Monsoon Accessorize’s future has taken a further twist after four commercial property giants have reportedly demanded an equity stake in the fashion and beauty retailer in return for supporting proposed financial restructuring.

According to Sky News, British Land, Hammerson, M&G Investments and Roubaix Group are in negotiation with owner Peter Simon with the goal of securing improved terms in a proposed CVA.
