Merck concludes REACH pre-registration

Merck KGaA has completed pre-registration for all REACH-relevant chemical substances in portfolio


With the deadline for REACH pre-registration expiring today, Merck KGaA has announced it has successfully completed the pre-registration for all REACH-relevant chemical substances for its entire portfolio.

Overall, the German supplier has pre-registered over a thousand chemical substances with the European Chemicals Agency (ECHA). This includes all REACH-relevant chemicals supplied by Merck subsidiaries.

The ECHA will publish a list of all pre-registered substances on its website, http://echa.europe.eu
