MEMSCAP strengthens skin technology presence

Memscap has announced it has concluded a deal for the acquisition of French company Laboratoires La Licorne, the skin biodermatological treatment specialist.

Memscap has announced it has concluded a deal for the acquisition of French company Laboratoires La Licorne, the skin biodermatological treatment specialist.

The agreement strengthens MEMSCAP’s skin technology cluster, organised around its subsidiary Intuiskin. The group plans to offer a complete range for skin and beauty professionals, with products and technological developments tailored to specific needs.

The deal values Laboratoires La Licorne at €2.3m and the MEMSCAP share value was set at €19.
