L'Oréal USA Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) Marc Speichert has been promoted to CMO Leader for the L'Oréal Group globally.
Effective immediately, Speichert will work to accelerate the US marketing model throughout the company's global markets. To achieve this, Speichert is expected to work with each of the L'Oréal geographic zones in defining their CMO priorities and roadmaps, their organisation guidelines, and to lead the growing CMO teams across the world.
Speichert will continue to report to Frederic Roze, President & CEO.
Prior to L'Oréal, Speichert worked for Colgate-Palmolive where he held various marketing positions.
