Manheimer buys AFF

US speciality fragrance supplier Manheimer Fragrances has announced the acquisition of Aromatic Fragrances and Flavors International (AFF). The deal will strengthen Manheimer’s research and development initiatives for fragrance development, and is in line with the company’s overall strategy of growth through investment and acquisition. AFF’s Marietta facility will be merged with Manheimer’s New Jersey-based manufacturing plant and corporate headquarters.

“AFF is a market driven organisation that shares our same commitment to creative excellence and superior client service,” commented Manheimer president, Michael O’Neill. “By joining forces, we are creating exciting opportunities to help our clients grow their business.”
