Luxury CBD brand Apothem has expanded its UK retail presence with premium online retailer thedrug.store.
The brand made its bricks-and-mortar debut at Harvey Nichols in October last year with its CBD-infused body products and drops.
Apothem’s CEO and co-founder Ameila Baerlein said: “We founded Apothem to disrupt the existing CBD market with a contemporary collection of products designed to set new standards in purity, quality and strength.
“Everything we design and make is created with real people in mind as an addition to their everyday rituals however they choose to live life.”
Thedrug.store’s founders Johan Obel and Clemens Böninger said they were delighted to add Apothem to its offering.
“The mission of thedrug.store has always been to provide a curated selection of the best CBD products available, so we are delighted to start working with Apothem and are excited to see such innovative products being created in Europe,” said the founders.
Obel and Böninger established the retailer 12 months ago in an effort to educate consumers on the legalities of cannabidiol in cosmetics.
Today, it stocks ten global CBD brands including CBDistillery, Medterra, Foria and MGC Derma.
