Lubrizol Advanced Materials Inc is to open a new personal care laboratory in the US state of New Jersey. The company, part of the Lubrizol Corporation, expects the addition to expand the global reach of its Noveon Consumer Specialities products.


Lubrizol Advanced Materials Inc is to open a new personal care laboratory in the US state of New Jersey. The company, part of the Lubrizol Corporation, expects the addition to expand the global reach of its Noveon Consumer Specialities products.

The company believes that the lab will foster the creation of new technologies, in addition to helping it develop product applications for hair care and other personal care segments.

“With these tools, we can characterise ingredients and measure their performance in product applications. This impacts the overall design of molecules to further scientific knowledge and to maximise performance characteristics, which leads to innovative new materials for our customers,” said Alan Suares, global manager of technical service and applications.
