Lion’s mane mushroom has been used for centuries in the far east.

The growing awareness worldwide of its benefits has meant that its popularity in the western world has been rising rapidly in recent years.

A white, pom-pom-like mushroom that grows in forests across Asia, Europe and North America, its functional use has been noted as early as 450 BCE by the Greek philosopher and intellectual Hippocrates, who noted its powerful efficacy in treating wounds and inflammation.
