Glass and jewellery expert Lalique has created a new fragrance inspired by the multi faceted beauty of the amethyst stone.

Glass and jewellery expert Lalique has created a new fragrance inspired by the multi faceted beauty of the amethyst stone.

Amethyst is described as a sparkling fruity floral, which blends juicy blackcurrant, raspberry and sharp blackberry leaves at the top, lily ylang (a blend of lily and ylang ylang), peppery wild rose, and purple peony at the heart, and fruity musks, woods and vanilla at the base. The fragrance was created by Firmenich’s Natalie Lorson.

The amethyst coloured glass bottle is engraved with Lalique’s Epines motif, which features a blackberry bramble. The fragrance is also available in a limited edition crystal Lalique bottle and a fragranced body lotion and scented candle completes the line.
